Blueberry, Almond & Ginger Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup  fresh blueberries if you cant find fresh ones get frozen blueberries , preferably organic
  • handful of  kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened or sweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoons raw honey
  • 1/4 ice
